I purchased the NT710 after returning a lesser model from a different brand which didn't offer the EV specific diagnostics needed. The NT710 accesses all of the modules and parameters needed to diagnose my Chevy Bolt EV. The manual is not up to date, and customer support from China couldn't handle a very easy question (How to clear a DTC fault code?). After debugging multiple problems, I'm pleased with the purchase and capabilities.
