This is a fantastic tool. The only issue was that my vehicle was stuck in a permanent Immobilizer mode and it had to be cleared only by the dealer.

Jerry was also quick to respond for help and eventually the return of the tool as I no longer needed it, since both of my vehicles are still under warranty and are 2021 and 2022.

The NT 530 rapidly found the cause for the triple warning lights that popped up on my 2010 BMW X3 dash. The diagnostic tool pointed me to the rear right speed sensor. I found the sensor was damaged by a swollen ring on the axle due to rust, and had to replace both the axle and sensor. Problem solved!
